For those who haven't found it out yet, Wc3a is dead. There is no more activity here from any moderators and this will stay that way.

Also you may have noticed that since patch 1.20 you aren't able to watch any replay from this site anymore. Regular visitors may remember previous occurances of this bug but for those new i'll explain it in short. Our database stores all replay in different folders by sorting on patch number. 1.18 replays in 1.18 folder etc. We cannot access this database due to restrictions made by Priv. Therefore there isn't any 1.20 folder, so every 1.20 replay uploaded is left in the void. Nothing we can do about it.

Thats about it, i regret to say that the main part of this site, the replays, cannot be used anymore. I don't know how long this site will stay up since Priv/Gameservers pays the bills but you're better off visiting our friends at Replayers.

Nothing more for me to say than thank you for all the wonderful years here at Wc3addicts. We hope we lived up to your expectations. Right now it's time to look in different directions. May we meet again some would say, the end of an era i would say ;)

Living up to his rank given to him by Blizzard, the Netherlands Grubby has come home with yet another major tournament title. With some of the best players in the Wacraft III scene, Manuel Schenkhuizen proves that he is the best in the game.

In some amazing games where you didn't know if he could pull it off, he did just that and more. Be sure to check out the two new top replays on the site and also head to the BlizzCon website here where you can download replay packs, video coverage and more.

BlizzCon seemed like it was very popular for it's first time being held in Anaheim, California. Hopefully next year will be an even bigger event for Blizzard.

Blizzard has finished their Warcraft III Player List for their BlizzCon Invite Tournament. The top 8 players from around the world will be awarded with $10,000 if they win the event.

BlizzCon is a celebration of the Warcraft, StarCraft, and Diablo franchises and the communities that surround them. This two-day event will contain Q&A panels featuring the developers of World of Warcraft and StarCraft: Ghost, social events for fans and developers to meet one another, and hands-on gameplay featuring your favorite Blizzard games. A closing night concert featuring a to-be-announced band will bring BlizzCon 2005 to its close.

We are pleased to share that Chris "WaCKSteVeN" Iannitti and Marcus "djWHEAT" Graham of Inside the Game will be there to bring you an inside view of all the happenings, while Kim "bunny" Vothang from WCReplays.com and Gamesports.de has been given the honour of casting the Warcraft 3 tournament.

We will be covering possibly the greatest Starcraft: Brood War tournament, ever. Who's competing? Well, you'll have to wait to find out as Blizzard will be announcing the players going to the event in the coming weeks. Rest assured, you can bank on some of the best Brood War talent from all over the world to be there! It's going to be a great event, and iTG is happy to be involved.

BlizzCon will take place on October 28 and 29, 2005, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.
